Manage my contact Preferences
SiriusXM strives to make it easy for our customers to manage their contact preferences. You have the ability to manage the following communication preferences:
  • Phone
  • Mail
  • Email
  • Text Messaging
  • Billing Reminders

We provide the following options below to allow you to opt-in, opt-out and manage communication preferences:
  • Online Account Center: You may manage your preferences in our Online Account Center. You will need to register an account first if you already have a subscription, including a trial subscription. All of your contact preferences can be updated there. Go to the Tab "My Account Info" and there you will find a Tab called "Communication Preferences." Remember to "Save Preferences" before you leave the page and "Log Out."
  • Online on our Do Not Call Policy page.
  • By Online Live Chat: Chat with a member of our Listener Care Support Team. 
  • By Mail: If you do not have an account with us, you may make your request in writing. Write to:
