If you purchased a pre-owned vehicle
If the dealer told you your pre-owned or certified pre-owned vehicle came with a complimentary trial, the trial should be active at the time of purchase. If you purchased a vehicle and received no information about a trial
If your satellite radio isn't on, you can try refreshing the signal by clicking here (you will need your Radio ID in order to send a refresh signal). If that doesn't work, you can start a new trial by clicking here.
