Returns are simple. Just follow these steps:

1. Call us at 1-800-422-7142 to request a return number. All returns must be accompanied by a return number to be processed properly.
2. Complete all fields on your return pack slip (see the example Returns Information form shown below) and include it in the return package. Your return will not be accepted without a return number.
3. Pack your return carefully. Include all parts that arrived with the radio or accessory you are returning, such as the radio receiver and all accessories and manuals. The cost of any missing or damaged items will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
