Why can’t I access my downloaded shows?
If you have been offline for more than 14 days, your downloaded content becomes locked. To unlock it, connect to a cellular or Wi-Fi network and log in to the SXM App. This will grant you another 14 days of offline listening. If you remain offline for more than 30 days, the content will be deleted from your device. This feature is only available with the SXM App on your compatible mobile device.
