SiriusXM is a continuing service that is billed at the frequency stated at the time of your initial subscription purchase. For example, some plans let you elect to be billed on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or longer basis; and your service continues without interruption, for your convenience. These billing terms are explained during every subscription activation and detailed in your Customer Agreement.
