Our desktop and online web players use state of the art technology to automatically reconnect when there is latency in your internet connection. There still may be an occasional disconnect - you would simply need to restart the player. If it happens more frequently, we suggested doing a speed test on your local internet service and perhaps moving to a higher-speed package from your internet provider.
