Most customers will receive their renewal notices by email.  You can check your Communication Preferences in My Account by following the instructions below.  If you have an Automatic Renewal tab, you can change your notifications to email if you are currently receiving direct mail notices. 

Note:  If you don’t have this tab, you will receive your notifications by email.

1. Log into the Online Account Center with your username and password. Click here if you don't remember your username or password.
2. After logging in, click the My Account Info tab.
3. Click the Communication Preferences tab.

You will see the following screen:

1. Click the arrow to the right of the Auto Renewal tab to expand the section's options.
2. Select Opt-In and then Save Preferences if you would like to receive automatic renewal notifications by email.

NOTE: SiriusXM does not send both email and direct mail notifications. Customers will receive an email notification OR a direct mail notification.

Online Account Center is available for accounts purchased directly with SiriusXM over the phone or directly from siriusxm.com. If you purchased through the SiriusXM App or another retailer, you must manage your subscription and payment directly with the billing entity you purchased from.
