How do I link the SiriusXM skill with Amazon Alexa?
How do I link the SiriusXM skill with Amazon Alexa?

With Alexa, and an active qualifying SiriusXM plan, it’s a snap to play your pick of SiriusXM channels on Amazon Echo devices and lots of other enabled speakers and media players, room by room.

To enable the SiriusXM Skill with Alexa:

1. Select Skills & Games from the More menu in the Alexa app.

2. Search for SiriusXM and enable the SiriusXM Skill.

3. If you have the SirusXM App installed, tap Continue to allow seamless log in. If not, enter your SiriusXM streaming username and password.

Can’t link accounts? Or, seeing a white screen after linking?
A qualifying streaming plan is required. Remember that logins are case sensitive, and ensure you’ve typed in the correct login credentials. Using the alexa.amazon.com desktop site may help with inputting your information. Alternatively, updating or reinstalling the Alexa app may fix the issue.

Does the Alexa skill still not enable after linking to your account?

You may be using an Echo device that supports household profiles and may not have linked SiriusXM to the primary account on the device. If you have household profiles enabled, switch to the profile you used to log in to SiriusXM. If you are not using household profiles, please contact Amazon customer service.

Does Playback stop unexpectedly?
If SiriusXM stops playing on your Alexa device, make sure your login is not being used in another location. The most recent device logged in will be the one able to play SiriusXM online. Your username and password can be used on multiple devices but only on one device at a time.

Having trouble connecting after resetting your SiriusXM streaming username/password via the Online Account Center or from within the SiriusXM App or Player?
In the Alexa app, disable then re-enable the SiriusXM Alexa skill. Enter your current SiriusXM streaming login credentials. Please note that you will need to repeat this process each time you update your username/password.
