If you are experiencing issues while accessing or listening to content in the SiriusXM web player (player.siriusxm.com or siriusxm.com/player), try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Log out of the SiriusXM web player.
- Clear your browser cache/cookies.
- Close your browser.
- Open https://siriusxm.com/player in a new browser window, and log in with your SiriusXM credentials.
