Press the Recent button on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, then press on the tiles to your content. The Recent section is synched across all devices for a single account.

NOTE: Pressing on Live channels will start them live (or at the beginning of a song if TuneStart is enabled) and NOT from the point where you had left off.  Only On Demand content will start where it left off when clicking in from the Recent section.
