How do I save and manage content across the app and my vehicle?

How do I save content?

  • Apps: Tap the + button on the item’s detail page.

  • In-vehicle: Tap the icon while browsing or listening.

 

Where do I find saved content?

  • Apps: Saved content appears in the Library.

  • In-vehicle: Found in My Favorites or My Collection.

 

What’s the difference between Favorites and Library?

There is no difference. Favorites in the apps  are stored in the listener’s Library.

 

Are there limits to how much content I can save?

Yes, for driver safety reasons, some vehicles limit the number. A common in-vehicle limit is 24 items. This does not apply to the app.

 

How is saved content sorted in the mobile/web app?

By default, saved content is sorted by Recent Activity (last listened). Users can also sort by:

  • My Order (custom)

  • Recent Activity

  • Recently Added

  • A–Z

 

How is saved content sorted in the vehicle?

  • Initially, saved content appears in Recently Added order. If a custom order is created, that becomes the new default.
  • Note: Vehicles may not display all favorites if more than 24 are saved. The full list is always available in the mobile app.

 

Is syncing available in all vehicles?

  • Syncing is supported in all 360L vehicles using SiriusXM Profiles. Vehicles without profile support (e.g., some GM, BMW, Ford, VW, Audi, Toyota, Mitsubishi) will receive syncing in a future update.

 

How is my saved content mapped between devices?

Content should sync automatically, but you may need to log into your profile in the vehicle to sync your saved content.  

 

What if my saved content isn't syncing?

  • Not all vehicles are compatible.
  • If you have signed into your profile and restarted your vehicle, but your favorites are still not syncing, it may be due to incompatibility.
