How do I manage my contact preferences?

SiriusXM strives to make it easy for our customers to manage communication preferences for your phone, mail, email, and billing reminders. 

Here are options/links through which you can opt-in, opt-out, and manage your marketing preferences:

  1. Online Account Center

First, you need to register your account (if you have not already done so). Then go to Manage My Account, then click on Account Info and then click on Contact Preferences. 

Make any changes you wish but remember to click on Save Preferences before you leave the page, or your updates will not be saved.

Please Note: Marketing text messages currently cannot be managed through the Online Account Center.  If you opted into a marketing text message program, please see below for how to opt-out.

  1. Other Ways to Manage Your Contact Preferences

If you don’t have an account with us, you may send your request in writing to the address below. Be sure to include your name and contact details and indicate what contact preference(s) you would like opted out.

  • For calls, you can review our Do Not Call Policy.
  • For email, you visit Manage My SiriusXM Email Communications and select your email preferences.  You can also manage your email preferences through the “unsubscribe” link in the footer any marketing email you have received from us.
  • For marketing text messages, reply STOP to the message received. Review our SMS Policy for full details.  
    • If you opt-out of a one-time on-demand message (radio refresh link, security code, payment link) you may continue to receive these types of messages in response to future requests. If you are receiving one-time messages that you did not request, please call us at 1-888-539-7474.
