Does SiriusXM with 360L require different or more expensive plans?

No. SiriusXM with 360L can be supported by standard SiriusXM subscription plans. Internet services are included with all current plans. Streaming channels and On Demand content are included with Platinum and Music & Entertainment subscription plans. Of course, your Platinum Trial includes access to all SiriusXM with 360L streaming content and internet services, at no cost to you.

How do I enroll in Car-Net and why do I need it?

VW Car-Net enables all the features and content that are part of your complimentary SiriusXM trial (including On Demand shows, For You recommendations, and more). If your VW Car-Net enrollment was not completed at your dealership, simply push the “i-Call” button in the cabin of your vehicle to initiate a call to a VW Car-Net Response Center Specialist who can assist you. You may also download the VW Car-Net mobile app or contact VW Car-Net at 833-922-1292.

Do I need to connect my mobile phone and/or have WiFi in order to access the streaming channels, On Demand shows and internet services for SiriusXM with 360L?
 
No, you do not. To enjoy all the content and features included in your SiriusXM Platinum trial, you must make sure that your vehicle’s data connection is active. Please see your owner’s manual for instructions on how to activate your vehicle’s data connection.
 


With so much to listen to, how do I find the content I want to hear?
 
It’s incredibly easy to find the channels and shows you love, and to discover new Favorites. Here are some of the ways to do it:
 
  1. Go to the For You screen on your vehicle’s SiriusXM radio to get personalized recommendations that are curated just for you. The more you listen, the smarter the recommendations become.
  2. Press the Related button to see channels and On Demand content related to what you’re currently listening to.
  3. Press the Channel Up or Down buttons and then swipe through the entire lineup. Or, tune directly to the channel you want using the keypad of the Direct Tune feature. This is accessed by touching the “Tune” button at the bottom of your screen.
  4. Press the “Station List” button to view Genre Category menus for Music, Sports, News and Talk categories including satellite and streaming channels
  5. Select the Live Sports category via Sports Genre Category for pre-game, live, and post-game content all in one location.
  6. You may also want to keep a full channel guide in your vehicle.

How do I find SiriusXM On Demand content in my vehicle?
 
You can enjoy thousands of hours of past shows, performances, and interviews right in your vehicle, so you never have to miss a moment of your favorite celebs or artists! To find On Demand content, simply tap the Station List button on your SiriusXM Home Screen and select the genre of your choice. Then, select your category to see the available On Demand content for that category. 
 
You can also go to the For You screen to see On Demand content recommended just for you based on your listening preferences.
 

 
What is the recommended "For You" feature on SiriusXM?
 
The For You screen shows personalized recommendations of channels and On Demand content based on your listening preferences. To see your personalized recommendations, tap the Station List button on the SiriusXM Home Screen.
 

 
How do I save my SiriusXM Favorites in my vehicle?
 
Saving channels (including ones for your favorite sports team) and On Demand content as Favorites gives you quicker access to the content you love. To save a Favorite, tune to a channel or show via direct tuner or channel up/down then press the “presets” button at the bottom of your screen.  Scroll to an empty preset tile and long press that tile.  This channel will now be that preset.   To access your saved Favorites, tap the Presets button at the bottom of your screen. 
 

 
What is the “Related” feature on SiriusXM?
 
Like what you’re hearing? Simply press the Related button on your SiriusXM Home Screen to find other channels and shows that feature programming similar to what you’re tuned in to at any given moment.
 

What does creating a listener profile do for me?

You can create up to five listener profiles. This allows the driver, the co-pilot, and even backseat drivers to set up their own unique listening experience. Each profile gets its own SiriusXM Favorites, personalized recommendations, listening history, and more. To set up a listener profile, tap the Profile icon on your SiriusXM Home Screen then tap “Create Listener” or “Add Listener”.  Choose your avatar and add the name you want for your profile.
