Using your account password to log into the SiriusXM app and web player can result in channels and content displaying a lock icon. We recommend syncing your logins to avoid the issue:
1. Log into siriusxm.com/myaccount.
2. Look to the Your Subscriptions section. If the username is different from the one you used to log into your account, click the Edit button.
3. Edit your streaming username on the next screen to the same as your OAC login.
4. After clicking save, you will return to the dashboard where you see the logins are now synced.
