Issue:

• The chat button may be greyed out or fail to load if you use an unsupported browser, ad blocker, VPN or firewall.

Resolution:

1. Ensure you are using a supported browser and OS:

• Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and mobile OS (iOS 16/Android 7) 

2. Disable ad-blocking software:

• Microsoft Edge 

• Firefox

• Safari

• Chrome  

3. Disconnect from VPN software or firewalls.
