Why is SiriusXM frozen or slow in my Model 3, Model Y, or Cybertruck?

A variety of factors can impact SiriusXM in the car. Attempt the following to resolve:

  1. Check that your Tesla’s internet connection is active through your Premium Connectivity subscription or Wi-Fi.
  2. Check connectivity signal strength.
  3. Close SiriusXM by switching audio sources.
  4. Perform a Power cycle.
  5. Restart touchscreen.
