Issue: 

New Rivian owners who do not have a SiriusXM subscription associated with their radio may see “Looks like you already have a subscription.” A 2-year streaming platinum subscription may display when attempting to purchase/activate a new Rivian vehicle online.

 

 

Resolution:

  1. Accept Term and Conditions in-vehicle to start your trial.

  2. Once the trial has started, return to purchase your new subscription online and the correct subscription options will display.
