At SiriusXM, we from time to time offer opportunities to enter sweepstakes for a chance to win tickets to various concerts and events. 

 

SWEEPSTAKES

Each sweepstakes has its own rules and eligibility requirements. Winners are determined by random drawing and  will be contacted either by phone or by email with details on how to claim their prize. Prizes valued over $600 require additional paperwork, including an Declaration and Release and completion of an IRS I-9 as we are required to issue a 1099 tax document to these winners. 

 

TICKET REDEMPTION PROCESS

If you win tickets to a concert or other event that is open to the general public, please review the redemption process below:

 

What kind of tickets will I receive? 

Most concert tickets are mobile/digital. We will send the tickets directly to the email where you received your winner notification. Occasionally, tickets will need to be picked up at Will Call. In both cases, you will receive a notice with further details and exact instructions on how to accept tickets. 

 

When will I receive my tickets? 

We always make an effort to deliver your tickets as soon as possible, but it’s most often the case that we are only able to send the tickets a few days prior to the event. 

 

Where are my seats located? 

Your specific section and seat will be listed on your tickets. We do not know exactly where your seats will be in advance of the ticket transfer. 

 

Can I get an extra ticket? 

We are not able to offer additional complimentary tickets. You are welcome to purchase additional tickets through the show’s ticket provider (ex. Ticketmaster), but we are unable to assist in ensuring they are close to the seats that you won.

 

What if I can no longer attend the event? 

Please let us know by updating your RSVP on the original winner notification email or by filling out this form. 

 

SIRIUSXM STUDIO EVENTS 

If you are selected to attend a private SiriusXM event, these are generally non-ticketed events and your name is added to our guest list for check-in prior to entry.

 

Where can I find the meet & greet photos? 

Photos from events can be found at www.siriusxm.com/perks. Please be advised that it may take up to a few weeks after the event date for photos to be uploaded to the site.

 

If I arrive late, will I still be let in? 

It is important to arrive during the communicated check-in time. While we do our best to accommodate late arrivals, it is not guaranteed that you will be able to gain access to the event if you arrive after check-in. 

 

What will take place at this event? 

Our events are unique experiences that vary in length and structure. We always provide as much detail as possible in the confirmation email.
