Your Role

1. NEVER send multiple refresh signals to the same radio. This will delay the refresh process.

2. View Programming Updates - Troubleshooting for troubleshooting.

3. Direct listeners to visit siriusxm.com/channels/lineup-change for all details.

4. If customers ask "why" the channels have changed, tell them:

• "From time to time, SiriusXM adds new channels to our lineup to provide customers with more variety and new listening choices.Sometimes we realign our channel locations to make it easier for our customers to find the channels they like.”

5. Listeners with additional feedback can send it to our programming department by visiting siriusxm.com/channelfeedback.

New Channels

• The 10s Spot will be available on Ch. 11 playing music from the 2010s.
• The Blend (Ch. 16) is now focused on music from the 70s and 80s. Listners can find the same pop favorites they're used to on the new channel Mosaic (Ch. 15). 
• ABBA Radio will take over Studio 54 (Ch. 54) from Nov. through November 15. 
• Streaming-only channel Little Steven's Coolest Songs in the World will be available on Ch. 721.

Name and Number Changes

The following channel names and numbers have changed, but will continue playing the same great content listeners enjoy:

• 50s on 5 (Ch. 5) will be called 50s Gold on Ch. 72
• 60s on 6 (Ch. 6) will be called 60s Gold on Ch. 73

The following channels will have new numbers:

• The Pulse moved from Ch. 15 to Ch. 5.  
• The Coffee House moved from Ch. 14 to Ch. 6.  
• Caliente moved from Ch. 158 to Ch. 151.
• Siriusly Sinatra moved from Ch. 71 to Ch. 70.
• 40s Junction moved from Ch. 73 to Ch. 71.
• On Broadway moved from Ch. 72 to Ch. 77.  
• KIDZ BOP Radio moved from Ch. 77 to Ch. 79.  
• NBC Sports Audio moved from Ch. 211 to Ch. 85.
• CBS Sports Radio moved from Ch. 206 to Ch. 158.
• SportsGrid moved from Ch. 204 to Ch. 159.  
• KIIS-Los Angeles moved from Ch. 11 to Ch. 14.
• SiriusXM Love is available on streaming-only Ch. 708. It is no longer available on satellite radios.

• 60s Pop Hits will be moved from Ch. 6 to Ch. 73. 
• Love Songs will be moved from Ch. 70 to Ch. 708.

Removals/Takeovers

• Xtra Channel 2010s Pop Hits will no longer be available.
• Family Talk (Ch. 131) will no longer be available on older Sirius-branded radios with limited bandwidth.
• Studio 54 Radio content will be unavailable until Nov. 15.
