Supported Vehicles

Key Features

  • 360L (SAT + IP): Hybrid listening using satellite and internet.

  • Favorites & Presets: Add/remove favorites from the Favorites tab on Now Playing.

  • For You: Personalized recommendations labeled “For You.”

  • Listening History and Listener Profiles (create or connect a SiriusXM Listener Profile).

  • On Demand (podcasts, shows, episodes).

  • Artist Stations & Xtra Channels are supported 

  • Sports Features with team notifications.

  • Radio ID available by tuning to Ch. 0 or via SiriusXM subscription status in settings.

  • Voice Search (Partial): Use the vehicle microphone to tune channel names; end requests with “on SiriusXM.” Artist/host/team voice search is not supported.

 

 

User Experience

  • App Menu > SiriusXM: Opens the app. 

  • Now Playing: Shows artwork, channel info, Related, and Play Artist Station buttons. 

  • Categories / Secondary Categories: Browse genres and sub‑genres. 

  • Favorites / For You: Quick access to saved items and personalized picks. 

  • On Demand: Episode lists appear on the right panel. 

  • Settings (gear icon): View SiriusXM subscription status and profile options. 

 


Getting Started 

  1. Open SiriusXM: From App Menu, tap SiriusXM.

  2. Confirm subscription status: Tap the gear (top right) > SiriusXM subscription status. This screen shows the current plan/trial. In‑vehicle subscription changes are not supported; manage online or by phone. 

  3. Enable data for 360L (IP) features if needed:

    • Go to Settings > Privacy.

    • Turn Mobile data ON and make sure Location data for vehicle‑based online services is ON. 

  4. Connect or create a Listener Profile (optional): In Settings, choose Connect your SiriusXM Listener Profile or Create new SiriusXM Listener Profile.
     

 


Using the Product

Tune, Play, and Favorite

  • Tune a channel: Use Categories, All Channels, or Global Search to find content. 

  • Now Playing actions: You may see Related and Play Artist Station on music channels. 

  • Add to Favorites: Use the Favorites area shown in the UI; favorites can be edited/deleted from the Favorites tab on Now Playing.
     

Personalized Listening

  • For You: Tap For You for recommendations tailored to the Listener Profile.

  • Artist Stations: Create or manage from Related or the Manage artist stations setting. 

Sports & Alerts

  • Artist/Song notifications: From Now Playing, choose Set artist/song notification. Manage under Manage SiriusXM notifications.

  • Team notifications: Add teams and enable alerts under SiriusXM Team Notifications.

  • Tune Start: In Manage SiriusXM notifications, Tune Start can begin songs from the start when you tune to a music channel.
     

On Demand

  • Open On Demand to browse shows and episodes for streaming.
     

Radio ID (for activation/refresh)

  • Channel 0 shows the Radio ID.

  • Or tap the gear > SiriusXM subscription status.
     

Voice Search 

  • Say channel names using the vehicle’s mic, ending with “on SiriusXM.”

  • Not supported: Artist names, host names, or team names by voice.
     

 


Advanced Features & Settings

  • Listener Profiles: Connect or create profiles from Settings; manage Listening History and recommendations.

  • Global Search: Use on‑screen keyboard to search channels and the Radio ID.
    Software info for diagnostics: Settings > System > About shows kernel/build and identifiers.

  • Subscription prompts: The system may show a Subscribe message when content requires a higher plan. The status screen displays the current plan. Actual subscription changes are not completed in‑vehicle.
     

 


Troubleshooting

Issue

What you should do

IP content not available

Disable privacy mode: Settings > Privacy. Ensure Mobile data and Location data for vehicle‑based online services are ON. Then send a refresh signal (follow your normal tools). 

Weak satellite signal

Make sure the vehicle isn’t blocked by garages, tunnels, or tall buildings; the UI may show “Satellite signal lost. Attempting to reconnect…”. 

Antenna hardware error

The screen will say: “SAT antenna error! Please restart your vehicle. If the problem persists, please contact your Audi dealer.” If the message stays, advise service at the Audi dealer. 

Need software/version info

Go to Settings > System > About.
