Artist Stations and Xtra Channels

Supported in Model Year 2024 and newer Porsches. Not supported in model years 2021-22.

Radio ID

Tune to Channel 0, or go to Settings (gear) > SiriusXM subscription status.

Voice Search

Use the vehicle microphone to tune to channel names, ending with “on SiriusXM”. Artist/host names and sports teams are not supported.

 

User Experience

  • App Menu: SiriusXM appears as an app tile labeled SiriusXM.

  • Media sources: SiriusXM appears in the media/source list.

  • Now Playing: Shows channel/track and actions like Related and Play Artist Station.

  • Browse tabs: For You, Categories, Favorites, History.

  • Settings / SiriusXM Settings: Includes Subscription Status, profiles, and notification controls.
     

 

Getting Started

  1. Open the vehicle App Menu.

  2. Select SiriusXM.

  3. If you don’t see it, open Media sources and select SiriusXM.

  4. Choose content from For You, Categories, or Favorites.

 

Using the Product

Navigation / Menu System

  • Categories: Browse by genre (examples shown include Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop/R&B, Dance/Electronic).

  • For You: Recommended channels/content.

  • Favorites: Saved favorites list.

  • History: Listening history.

  • Some category lists also show a Channels tab and an On Demand tab.
     

Favorites

If favorites are missing or you want to remove a favorite.

  1. Open Now Playing.

  2. Select the Favorites tab.

  3. You can edit/delete favorites from the main favorites page.
     

Related Content, Available Shows, and Artist Stations

  • On Now Playing, Related shows related content.

  • Available Shows can appear as a browsing option .

  • Play Artist Station can start an artist station when supported.
     

Notifications (Artists/Songs and Sports Teams)

  • The UI supports Artist/Song Notification.

  • SiriusXM listener settings include Manage notifications and options like:

    • Artists and Songs Notification

    • Manage Artists and Songs

    • Manage Teams / Add Team
       

Find the Radio ID

Option 1 (recommended):

  1. Tune to Channel 0.

  2. The Radio ID displays on Channel 0.
     

Option 2:

  1. Select the Settings gear (top right).

  2. Tap SiriusXM subscription status to find the Radio ID.
     

 

Advanced Features & Settings

Subscription Status

  • In vehicle subsSiriusXM settings include Subscription Status.
     

  • The subscription flow in the source shows actions like Add to account and Call SiriusXM.
     

Listener Profiles

You can connect to an existing SiriusXM Listener Profile or create a new one.
 

Identify the Vehicle Software Version 

  1. Go to Settings > System > About.
     

 

Troubleshooting

Issue

What you should do

IP content not available

1) Disable privacy mode: Settings > Privacy. 2) Send a refresh signal. 

Weak satellite signal

Make sure the listener is not in a location where the antenna is blocked/covered. The UI may also show Switch to Internet.

SAT antenna error / Antenna hardware error

Restart the vehicle.
